Vice President of Corporate Compliance

Brief Summary: 

  • Oversees the Corporate Compliance Program,
  • Function as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization.
  • Assures President that
    • management and its employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies,
    • company policies and procedures are being followed,
    • behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.
  • Serve as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution
  • Provide an internal resource with which management may communicate and seek assistance for compliance related matters



  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desired, CPA or J.D. a plus.
  • Minimum of 20 years experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Must be familiar with operational, financial, industrial security, and human resource procedures and
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Solid background with government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).
  • Audit experience working specifically with DCAA compliance. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels within the organization as well as with external parties.
  • Strong leadership skills required along with demonstrated experience writing audit documentation.
  • PC literate and fully proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
  • Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance, which includes US citizenship
