Supply Chain Transition Analyst

This position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business. This position will specifically work on delivering excellent execution of current business transition projects working with the forecasting, master scheduling, purchasing and customer service teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manages transition tasks and monitors project plan for changing products
• Review BOM’s to highlight all unique materials and develop run out analysis
• Track and report deliverables using appropriate tools, with focus on reduction/elimination of obsolete inventory and clear communication of potential risks.
• Generates, validates maintains custom tracking reports and dashboards.
• Provide summary reports to management to highlight successes and risks.
• Reviews and adjusts master data for transitioning and discontinued finished goods and components across multiple systems
• Works with other teams to ensure all required tasks are accurately completed in a timely manner and reviewed again if necessary.

Qualifications:
• Highly detail oriented, well organized with a focus on clearly communicating output
• Can effectively communicate cross functionally
• 2+ years of Planning experience
• Knowledge of JDE or other ERP software related to supply chain planning is preferred.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy and willingness to excel
