Senior Program Scheduler

Brief Summary: 

  • Apply program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in the use and maintenance of large Integrated Master Schedules using the Microsoft Project Application.
  • Interface between multiple project teams coordinating the planning and scheduling responsibility for several projects simultaneously. 
  • Performs scope review, work breakdown structure, activities definition and duration, work programs development, resource breakdowns, staffing plan development, scheduling, forecasting and status report


  • Associate‚Äôs degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years related Planning and Scheduling experience with government contracts on Engineering Development programs.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project.
  • Must have a solid understanding of the following:
    • Schedule Hierarchy;
    • IMP/IMS Implementation (Integrated Master Schedules); Resource Loading;
    • Earned Value Techniques; and Cost Reporting. 
  • Familiar with, and able to effectively implement Work Breakdown Structure strategies.
  • Ability to work with a variety of cost and project management computer software tools, including COBRA interfacing and statusing.
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry a plus.
  • Must have a background that would permit the issuance of a Security clearance, which includes US citizenship
