The Vice President, Human Resources will report operationally (direct) to the President, Commercial Products and functionally (indirect) to the Group Vice President Human Resources

This role will have responsibility for leading 1000 associates located in 6 facilities including the Headquarters and a union manufacturing facility PA. Through a team of direct reports (11 total), this role is responsible for providing strategic leadership in effectively developing and deploying human capital to achieve targeted business results while contributing to HR strategies, policies and procedures. Working as a critical member he/she will define organizational needs, lead major change initiatives, identify training & development/management needs, determine hiring requirements and will track and exceed the appropriate HR metrics The successful candidate will identify business challenges/opportunities and will develop effective people solutions in the form of processes, programs and/or initiatives..

This individual will be responsible for talent acquisition and retention, salary & benefit administration, performance management, succession planning, safety & worker's compensation, labor relations and union avoidance. In addition, they will oversee the planning and initiation of all employee relations activities including associate recognition and incentive plans for domestic and international associates and will participate in all presentations to group and corporate executives (strategic planning and operations reviews).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
10 years experience in multi-site, large, complex consumer/manufacturing organizations
Labor Relations/Contract Negotiations Experience
Broad/Diversified experience in a Global HR organization
Strong Business Acumen, Leadership & Presentation Skills
Superior Collaboration and Communication Skills
Conflict Management Capabilities and Executive Presence/Composure
Strong Planning and Organizational Skills
Independent Operator with Strong Initiative & Follow-up Skills
Experience Operating Effectively in a Matrix Environment Preferred
Consumer and/or Commercial Products Industry Experience
