Logistics Coordinator


  • Coordinate the logistical functions of company
  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to logistics activity
  • Proactively handle customer shipment routing requests
  • Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and apply appropriate technology in order to improve logistics processes.
  • Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and oral presentations
  • Resolve customer problems & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report project plans, progress, and results
  • Develop and implement technical project management tools such as plans, schedules, and responsibility and compliance matrices


  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in project management, logistics or transportation or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with logistics
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
