Regional Sales Manager- Grocery and Convenience Accounts
We are currently seeking experienced Regional Grocery Accounts Sales Managers to join our outstanding team.

The Sales Manager leads the Company’s efforts to enhance customer relations and develop both, Private Label and Branded business opportunities. The Grocery Account Managers focus on Grocery headquarters and key buying locations, while coordinating closely with field associates and our Marketing team and reports to the Vice-President of Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Concentrate placement of our extensive line of products at supermarkets and convenience stores.
  • Have an understanding of and develop further our robust DSD sales programs.
  • Lead the Company’s efforts to enhance customer relations and develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Develop sales and financial budget plan and strategy to increase business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team to determine selling and marketing strategies, as well as measure against your plans.
  • Represent Company at food and trade shows
  • Develop customized, targeted Private Label programs


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five plus years of demonstrated success in a business development or sales role, with supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores and food service channels
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with executive level professionals.
  • Experience in category management.
  • Results oriented.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to travel moderately.
  • Knowledge of and key account contacts in the retail trade channel
  • Experience in direct sales management and key account management
  • Experience in the management of Food Brokers
  • Ability to analyze and/or utilize syndicated (IRI) in the development of sales presentations
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
