Director of Sales - Energy Saving Projects

Duties

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for retrofit and new lighting installations
  • Finding new business opportunities, new product categories
  • Managing new and existing clients
  • Demonstrated ability to close a multi-level sale
  • Able to train and build a sales force
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and run a sales force

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably technical (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 or more years experience in the Energy or HVAC industry project sales
  • Previous experience in Energy Saving projects and a successful track record and reputation
  • Experience in conceptual sales, territory management, performance contracting and energy conservation measures
  • Ability to communicate key financial challenges.
  • Familiarity with NJ Energy Rebate Programs
